Skills Funding Agency Co-financingThe Skills Funding Agency has launched a pre-qualification questionnaire (PQQ) for the provision of Not in Education, Employment or Training (NEET) youth services in England. Any provider who is interested in tendering to deliver the Skills Funding Agency NEET provision in London must respond to this PQQ. Organisations already on the Qualified Provider Framework (QPF) list will not be automatically included and therefore need to respond to this PQQ.
