- Project managed the successful Park Royal Partnership Community Action Day enabling over 125 company volunteers to contribute their time to community organisations in West London
- Project managed a wide range of funding streams including Big Lottery, Local Authority, London Developent Agency (LDA), the Learning Skills Council (LSC), London Councils and Neighbourhood Renewal Fund (NRF)
- Project managed and monitored the delivery of range of projects, implemented effective project management systems, reviewed key performance targets and took suitable corrective action where targets and outputs were not met to meet the expectations of partners and funders
- Monitored contract performance through monthly meetings with training providers, providing advice to ensure successfully delivery of ESF projects within ESF guidelines
- Ensured contractors and training providers completed Co-financing monitoring returns to timescale and accuracy for LSC systems, European funding and audit requirements
