All our clients are issued with a contract for consultancy services prior to commencement of the schedule work.
The contract is the starting point for establishing a collaborative working relationship with the client by clearly defining the respective roles and responsibilities.
In addition, all contracts include a scheme of Work identifying key activities, tasks, milestones and targets.
