Inspiracion was commissioned to design and facilitate a Trustees’ Away Day focused on Board effectiveness, governance, trustee engagement, and organisational development.
Working with trustees and senior leaders, the session provided an opportunity to step back from day-to-day governance and reflect on how the Board can continue to evolve as the organisation grows and operates within an increasingly complex regulatory environment.
The programme included:
- Board effectiveness and governance review
- Trustee and executive reflection sessions
- Governance and regulatory workshops
- Start / Stop / Continue facilitation exercises
- Action planning and prioritisation
The project resulted in a detailed governance report, a Board action plan, and a governance self-assessment framework to support ongoing Board development and continuous improvement.
